Who operates Code Analysis
Code Analysis is operated by Goalmoon Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 19.875.719/0001-02, at Avenida Ayrton Senna da Silva, 200, loja 11, Gleba Fazenda Palhano, Londrina/PR, Brazil, postal code 86050-460. Goalmoon is responsible for account, billing and support information. The customer remains responsible for the permissions and lawful use of third-party information included in project sources.
Information and purposes
We process account and contact information, projects, files, prompts, generated documents, credit usage and payment references to deliver the service, provide support, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Necessary cookies support authentication and securely resume a purchase; they do not confirm a payment. Optional communications are separate from security and billing notices.
Providers and AI
Supabase stores accounts, projects and files; Vercel hosts the application and its AI Gateway; the selected model provider receives the inputs needed for the requested operation. Stripe processes payments and Resend delivers transactional messages. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information. Public Kroki rendering is disabled; PlantUML source export remains available.
Retention and deletion
Content and identity are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the account-closure conditions are resolved. Content-free operational logs are retained for 30 days. Invoices, payments, refunds and the minimum financial ledger and related audit evidence are kept separately for a standard period of five years, starting on January 1 of the year following the relevant transaction. Closing the account does not shorten this period. Specific legal obligations, tax proceedings or disputes may require longer retention of the relevant records, with a documented reason and periodic review. Once the applicable obligations end, personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. This retention does not include project files or prompts. Canceling renewal does not delete projects.
Rights, security and international processing
You may request access, correction, export or deletion through support@goalmoon.com, using the subject Code Analysis — Privacy. We verify the requester before disclosing data. Providers may process information abroad; their contractual terms and safeguards apply. We do not promise zero provider retention or absolute security. Material changes will be communicated with an updated policy version.
